What is your minimum order quantity for wholesale orders?
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style for standard catalog items. If you require custom metal hardware molds or unique custom tooling, the MOQ starts at 100 pieces per style. Multiple colorways within a style can be combined.
Can I inspect physical samples and swatches before ordering?
Yes. We produce physical counter-samples within 10 to 15 business days. We can include material swatch rings with sample shipments so you can evaluate fiber textures, weight, and weave density before confirming bulk orders.
What quality control standards do you enforce prior to shipment?
All natural fibers undergo anti-mildew drying and moisture content inspection prior to weaving. Each completed bag undergoes six-stage in-line inspection including trimming, weight-bearing load tests (up to 10kg), and dimensional checks before carton packing. Third-party inspections are fully supported.
What international trade terms and shipping methods do you support?
We support FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou, CIF, EXW, and DDP direct warehouse delivery via air or ocean freight across North America, Europe, Australia, and East Asia.
